Music and planning are very important parts of any wedding celebration and should be planned and selected carefully. Music helps create the atmosphere and special songs will make your wedding uniquely yours, but planning will make your night flow smoothly and most of all stress free! Below we listed what your wedding reception can be like. Obviously every wedding is different in certain ways but this should give you a general idea of the best most easy flowing solution. At our first consultation we will discuss how you want your event to be and discuss all of your options.. |

| Before your wedding date arrives we will discuss your wedding reception ideas to ensure we provide you with exactly the right music and proper planning for your special day. During the reception we will coordinate activities such as the grand entrance, cake cutting, blessing and toasts, tossing the garter/bouquet, with your photographer, banquet manager and more to ensure all aspects are handled in a professional and smooth flowing manner. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your day. All planning aspects can be done right from our website by hitting the client log-in button. Once you sign a contract and the deposit is collected, you will be given a password and username so you can start planning your reception right from the comfort of your home! WE MAKE IT EASY! |

| This is the time when all your planning pays off. All of your guests have arrived, you are now the new Mr & Mrs, pictures are being taken and your about to arrive at the hall. What should you expect? Here's a sneak peek; During cocktail hour a mix of classy and elegant music will greet your guests as horsd'oeurves and cocktails are served. Some genres of music for cocktail hour include; Jazz, smooth jazz, big band or we can include specific artists of your liking. Once you have arrived at the hall, a formal announcement will be made and the grand entrances will begin. Both set's of parents, all bridal party members and of course the honorary guests, the Bride & Groom will be introduced. Once you are introduced into the hall, you will then share your first dance as husband and wife. The blessing and toasts will follow your first dance and then dinner will begin. The mood for dinner is upbeat with romantic instrumentals, contemporary lite rock and jazz ballads. This gets your guests tapping their toes and in the dancing mood while still staying elegant and classy. Once dinner is completed we then move onto the cake cutting and parent dances. Upon completion, we then open the floor to open dancing and the fun begins. Dance the night away to your favorites from the 40's through today's hits. Garter/Bouquet will follow approximately 30-45 minutes once open dancing begins. The rest of the night is yours to celebrate your new life together with your family and friends. **NOTE** Receptions can be customized to your preferences.
