What makes you different from other less expensive companies?
We get this question alot. Honestly their are three things all DJ's have in common. First is we all have music, second is we all have sound systems, and third
is we all have lighting. The difference between them and us? We offer much more than that. We offer value, professionalism, experience, flexibility and
versatility. Those qualities are hard to come by. We will not promise you anything that we cannot deliver. Their are companies that charge more and
companies that charge less. We believe our pricing, flexibility and experience speak for itself. You will not find a company that is more committed to
making your event a success than us. Once you set up a consultation with us you will see we are not like the other companies. We truly care about your
event and how it turns out. We will ask you questions about your reception that we guarantee no one else will and by asking these questions we become
familiar with you, your intentions and overall outlook for your event. We are true professionals and love what we do!
May I see a performance?
We do not allow prospective clients to view our services at weddings or private parties. The reason behind this is because not because we do not want you
to see us live or we are hiding something. The reason is, we feel this is very unprofessional and would not allow us to give 100% attention to the current
event we are performing at. Also, every wedding/party is different. What you see at the wedding/party you would be viewing may not be what you want at
your event because everyone's tastes are different. We do offer a video demo that you will be able to view at your convenience if desired.
What kind of experience do you have?
We have done hundreds of Weddings & Parties in my 14 years of being a Disc Jockey. Our experience will show 100% in our professional nature and by
the coordination at and before your event. We are not just Disc Jockeys but Event Coordinators as well. We want to make sure your event is completely
stress free and smooth flowing. We will take charge and make sure everyone is in the right spot at the right time. Guaranteed.
Do you have a diverse music selection?
My music library consists of over 30,000 songs and has music from the 40's through today's hits. We offer a Most Requested List upon booking with us
so that you may choose some songs that you want or do not want for your night. If we do not have a song we will be happy to get it for you. Please give
us at least 2 weeks notice for any music we do not have.
Do you offer party props?
Yes! We offer party props for each package we have for an additional fee. Our party props include leis, tambourines, maracas, hats, YMCA gear and
more...Our party props are very high quality and do not consist of plastic hats or small leis like other companies and you do not have to pay for unused
props. All props are high quality felt hats, quality leis, tambourines and more..
Will you listen to our musical suggestions?
Yes! You have control over what music is played and not played. You know your guests better than we do so we will take your suggestions and help you
format a night of great dancing. With our online planning you can plan as much as you would like. Some clients let us use our expertise to judge the crowd
while others pick out a few "must plays" for their evening. The choice is yours!
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, a written contract must be signed by both parties and returned to us with a deposit of $200. The remaining balance is not due until 2 weeks prior to
your event. If a contract is not returned we will not perform at your event.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. It is very important to carry insurance being we are a professional entertainment company. This ensures liability for you and us. Proof of insurance is
available upon request for you and the Banquet Facility.
Do you have references?
Yes! We have plenty of references from past clients AND other Wedding Professionals such as Videographers and Photographers. A list of references is
available at the first consultation.
What do you wear to events?
JDA MOBILE believes you need to look professional as well as performing like a professional. Depending upon the type of event you are hosting we can be
in formal attire or casual attire which ever you prefer.
Can you help me plan my day? I'm not really sure what to do...
Of course! We are not only Disc Jockey's we are Event Coordinator's as well. Over the years we have developed a keen nature of when to do certain
formalities and what works well and when. We take this and of course your input and we help you design the night you have always dreamed of. We also
offer free help with Bridal Registry's, other Wedding Professionals and more! We will help answer any question you may have no matter what it may be.
We are always available from 9am - 9pm and Consultations are Monday-Thursday at 7:00pm. If that time does not work, we will do our best to
accommodate a time that will work for you.
How do I make a payment?
You can make a payment a couple different ways. You can pay by credit card right from the top of the page where it says make a payment. You may
pay by personal check, cash or our payment plan. JDA MOBILE makes it very easy for your payment options. We always issue you a balance due
statement and receipt after every transaction.
